I’ve seen what missed leads cost a business

My first business teacher was my mum.

Before I built my own business, I watched her build hers.

I saw the hard work, the long days, and the pressure of knowing the family needed the business to work.

Later, I saw the same problem again across construction, property, audilogist, and hospitality.

Good businesses had demand. Good teams cared. But leads still got missed. Enquiries got lost. Calls were not followed up fast enough.

The team was not lazy. They were stretched.

That is why I built AI Impact.

I wanted to help the businesses I grew up around: roofers, letting agents, estate agents, and local operators with real demand but too much on their plate.

I have built over 50 AI agents, created AI products used by Fortune 500 brands, and helped generate $5M in AI-driven sales in one year.
